Test Operative

Test Operative - Immediate start. We are working alongside one of our clients based in Abingdon, Oxford who are looking for a Test Operative to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The Test Operative is responsible for carrying out testing and inspection activities on products, components, and sub-assemblies to ensure they meet required specifications, quality standards, and performance criteria before release. Key Responsibilities Perform testing and inspection of products, assemblies, and individual components in line with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and established testing procedures. Use a variety of testing equipment, tools, and documentation to verify product performance and compliance with required standards. Work in a structured, organised, and efficient manner to achieve production and testing targets within set deadlines. Accurately complete all test records, quality documentation and production paperwork as required. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to support the smooth operation of production activities. Maintain high standards of quality throughout all testing and inspection processes. Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and quality management requirements. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and contribute to a safe and organised working environment.
