You will own the test strategy, oversee end-to-end testing and give programme leaders clear assurance on risks and release readiness.ResponsibilitiesOwn the test strategy, approach and quality assurance framework.Lead SIT, UAT, regression, non-functional and release testing across applications, APIs, data flows and integrations.Coordinate business, technology and supplier test activity.Drive automation, defect resolution, traceability and quality reporting.Provide clear risk assessments and go-live recommendations.Key ExperienceProven Test Manager experience within pensions administration transformation or pension technology.Strong knowledge of DB and/or DC pensions, member data, benefit calculations and the regulatory environment.Experience using Playwright.Experience leading SIT across complex applications, APIs, migrations, integrations and workflow platforms.Strong test automation, defect management, quality reporting and UAT experience.Excelle...</description>
