      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;575/day Inside IR35 | Type: Contract | Job Title: Test Manager    Role Type: Contract    Location: Birmingham (1 day onsite)    Length: 3 Months initial          Summary   Our client is looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance for a major pensions technology transformation. You will own the test strategy, oversee end-to-end testing and give programme leaders clear assurance on risks and release readiness.   Responsibilities    Own the test strategy, approach and quality assurance framework.  Lead SIT, UAT, regression, non-functional and release testing across applications, APIs, data flows and integrations.  Coordinate business, technology and supplier test activity.  Drive automation, defect resolution, traceability and quality reporting.  Provide clear risk assessments and go-live recommendations.    Key Experience    Proven Test Manager experience within pensions administration transformation or pension technology.  Strong knowledge of DB and/or DC pensions, member data, benefit calculations and the regulatory environment.  Experience using Playwright.
