Test Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead test management and delivery within a large-scale transformation environment. The successful candidate will bring strong experience across test strategy and delivery, risk and controls, stakeholder management, business process improvement and technology change.This is a senior, client-facing role requiring the ability to work across business and technology teams, provide clear reporting and analysis, identify and manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end test management across large-scale transformation programmes.Develop and implement appropriate test strategies, plans, governance and reporting.Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, controls and associated mitigation plans.Provide clear and accurate reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.Work collaboratively with business, technology, delivery and third-party stakeholders.Support and drive business process re-engineering (BPR) and process improvement initiatives.Contribute to digital and technology change programmes, ensuring testing is aligned to business outcomes.Work closely with Business Analysts and functional teams to understand requirements, processes and functional design.Provide effective stakeholder and client management, communicating progress, risks and decisions clearly.Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, ..... full job details .....
