      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | Role Overview   We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead test management and delivery within a large-scale transformation environment. The successful candidate will bring strong experience across test strategy and delivery, risk and controls, stakeholder management, business process improvement and technology change.  This is a senior, client-facing role requiring the ability to work across business and technology teams, provide clear reporting and analysis, identify and manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle.   Key Responsibilities    Lead end-to-end test management across large-scale transformation programmes.  Develop and implement appropriate test strategies, plans, governance and reporting.
