The successful candidate will bring strong experience across test strategy and delivery, risk and controls, stakeholder management, business process improvement and technology change. This is a senior, client-facing role requiring the ability to work across business and technology teams, provide clear reporting and analysis, identify and manage delivery risks, and drive continuous improvement throughout the transformation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end test management across large-scale transformation programmes. Develop and implement appropriate test strategies, plans, governance and reporting. Manage testing risks, issues, dependencies, controls and associated mitigation plans. Provide clear and accurate reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders and programme leadership.
