Test Manager IT and TechnologyLocation: Leeds City Centre (2 days per week onsite)Salary: To £65k + bonus/benefits The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and develop a centralised testing function within a complex, multi-system technology environment.You will be responsible for defining testing strategies, managing a team of test specialists and ensuring the quality and stability of technology solutions delivered by multiple internal teams and external suppliers. The role will focus on improving integration testing, building automated regression capabilities and driving continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of testing professionals, allocating resources effectively across multiple projects.Develop and implement test strategies, plans, processes and quality standards.Establish and improve integration testing across multiple systems and supplier developments.Build automated regression testing capabilities to protect core business functionality.Oversee the full testing lifecycle, including system, integration and user acceptance testing.Support business stakeholders with UAT and deployment readiness.Manage external suppliers, delivery risks and testing dependencies.Define testing metrics and reporting to measure quality, coverage and continuous improvement.Communicate testing progress and risks to senior stakeholders.Evaluate testing tools and processes to improve efficiency and return on ..... full job details .....
