Your new role
You''ll manage a team of 3-4 testers, providing direction, structure, and leadership across the testing lifecycle. This role is pivotal to supporting a move to Microsoft Business Central, with additional responsibility for EPOS testing and ITIL-based deployments.

What you''ll need to succeed
Strong Test Lead / Test Manager experienceProven background with Microsoft Business Central
Solid EPOS testing experience
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Someone who can bring structure, governance, and oversight; not just execute testing
