Test Manager (UAT and Operational Readiness) TelcommunicationsLocation: Berkshire (Hybrid)Contract: OUTSIDE IR35 / Contract OpportunitySector: TelecommunicationsWe are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities across a large-scale telecoms transformation programme.The successful candidate will oversee the planning, governance, execution and reporting of testing activities, ensuring quality and readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders and technical functions, you will drive collaboration across testing teams, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility of progress to programme leadership.This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the ability to operate effectively within complex delivery environments. You will be comfortable working across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, consistency and successful delivery against programme objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate testing across multiple programme workstreams.Drive end-to-end test planning, execution and reporting.Manage and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.Lead Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) to ensure business and support teams are prepared for go-live.Consolidate testing status, risks, issues and dependencies into programme-level reporting.Coordinate Test Leads and stakeholders ..... full job details .....
