The role involves overseeing the commissioning, testing, and validation of automated systems in line with the "as sold" requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting on-site testing, ensuring system performance aligns with customer needs, and securing final approval. Post-commissioning, you will also be required to perform final system testing.Key Responsibilities: Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans (e.g., Site Acceptance Tests, Performance Tests) to ensure systems meet specifications, customer needs, and safety standards. Issue Management: Track, resolve, and re-test issues using tools like Jira. Confirm defect fixes and manage testing timelines. Volume Testing: Perform stress testing to identify system bottlenecks and validate overall system performance. Coordination and Reporting: Provide updates to the Lead SIM and Project Manager.
