Test Manager - BlackRock Aladdin Implementation | £800-£900 per day (Inside IR35) |London (Hybrid)| Initial 6 Month Contract | Wealth andamp; Asset ManagementThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Test Manager/Test Lead to join a major global BlackRock Aladdin transformation programme within the Wealth andamp; Asset Management sector.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale Aladdin implementation, taking ownership of testing delivery across UAT, Parallel Run and go-live readiness.The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering complex Aladdin programmes, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders, challenge delivery teams and ensure testing milestones are achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end testing across a global BlackRock Aladdin implementation.Define and execute test strategies, plans, governance frameworks and exit criteria.Oversee UAT, Parallel Run, defect management and go-live readiness activities.Work closely with BlackRock teams, senior client stakeholders and programme delivery teams.Drive accountability, resolve testing challenges and maintain delivery momentum.Ensure testing aligns with business requirements, operational processes and programme milestones.Manage testing risks, dependencies, reporting and stakeholder communications.Essential ExperienceProven experience as a Test Manager/Test Lead on BlackRock Aladdin implementation programmes.Strong hands-on knowledge of Aladdin ..... full job details .....
