Our client is undergoing a transformation programme, now looking to hire their first Test Manager. This role is a key, business-critical role with strong backing from senior leadership. This is a greenfield opportunity to build and shape a testing function from the ground up. You''ll take ownership of introducing structure, governance, and best practice, ensuring testing is properly embedded across the full delivery lifecycle. You''ll be responsible for establishing a formal testing capability in an environment where testing has historically been informal and inconsistent.
