      <description>Location: Chippenham | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum 10% bonus | Type: Permanent | Test Lead    SC Clearance is essential    -50k - -60k DOE + 10% bonus and 10% pension    Wiltshire - 3 days on site (this will include occasional travel to other sites)   We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Specialist to lead testing activities across complex Defence programmes. Working within highly secure environments, you will shape test strategies, assure solution quality, and support the delivery of resilient, mission-critical services.  Key Requirements:   Proven experience leading end-to-end testing within government, defence, aerospace or similar organisations  Strong understanding of secure networks, air-gapped systems, or complex technical infrastructures or environments  Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and validating cloud-based solutions  Knowledge of cyber resilience, security assurance, and risk-based testing approaches  Ability to create and manage key test artefacts, including Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Completion Reports  Experience working with technical stakeholders, architects, customers, and delivery teams  Familiarity with tools such as IBM ELM is desirable   SC Clearance is essential    T...</description>
