Test Lead

Overview

Test Lead with extensive experience designing and delivering automation test plans for highly complex, enterprise level applications is sought by an innovation house based near Birmingham. This role will take charge of a dynamic, autonomous team delivering an automated testing environment to support cutting edge automation over the coming years. The role is suited for someone who can work closely with software engineers to deliver applications with national significance and help define a new automated QA process.Responsibilities

Design and deliver automation test plans for enterprise applications/systems.Lead a team to deliver an automated testing environment and ensure alignment with engineering leads.Collaborate with software engineers to deliver applications with national significance.Help define a new automated QA process in a product-led, tech-driven environment.Manage internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical teams.Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and delivering automation test plans for enterprise applications/systems.Strong knowledge of engineering principles and best practices, ideally gained in a regulated environment.Team leadership and management experience.Experience with cloud-native architectures.Understanding of DevOps tooling.Innovative mindset and passion for technology.Experience testing new features within a product-led, tech-driven environment.Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management between technical teams.Benefits and Salary
