Test Lead

Test Lead with extensive experience designing and delivering automation test plans for highly complex, enterprise level applications is sought by an innovation house based near Birmingham. With large scale investment in technical innovation this Test Lead will take charge of a dynamic, autonomous team delivering an automated testing environment that will facilitate the organisations commitment to cutting edge automation over the coming years. This Test Lead will be joining a highly skilled team that embodies an autonomous knowledge share driven culture allowing this individual the chance to work closely with software engineers to deliver applications with national significance. This role would suit an existing Test Lead with in-depth understanding of engineering principles and best practice gained testing large scale, complex systems and who is happy to work closely with the software engineering leads to help define a new automated QA process.
