The transformation programme will replace and enhance core operational, CRM and data management capabilities. The programme includes the implementation of Salesforce, a new data platform, system integrations, workflow automation, data migration and enhanced reporting capabilities, alongside associated operational process changes. As Business Test Lead, you will establish and manage the business testing workstream, ensuring that business processes, controls, data and operational requirements are fully validated ahead of go-live.
