Test Lead - Digital Transformation - London - £80,000 Fixed-Term Contract 12-18 Months London Contract to end of 2027 with possible extension Hybrid - 3 days in City Office, 2 days working from home An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Test Lead to support a major digital transformation programme within a leading specialist financial services organisation. The transformation programme will replace and enhance core operational, CRM and data management capabilities. The programme includes the implementation of Salesforce, a new data platform, system integrations, workflow automation, data migration and enhanced reporting capabilities, alongside associated operational process changes. As Business Test Lead, you will establish and manage the business testing workstream, ensuring that business processes, controls, data and operational requirements are fully validated ahead of go-live. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, project teams and external implementation partners, providing leadership across User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business readiness testing and business sign-off. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to someone who combines strong stakeholder management and leadership skills with practical experience of delivering testing within complex financial services transformation programmes.
