Test Equipment Design Support (Bolton)

Electronics Test Equipment Design Support Engineer required for long term contract assignment based in Bolton. Predominantly on site (maybe the odd day from home).Skillset To be suitable for this role, Individuals will be able to demonstrate a number of the following attributes:Degree qualified (or equivalent industry experience) with experience of designing product/systems and/or providing support to designs through the manufacturing phase of the product life cycle.Proven experience in the design of one or more of the following disciplines:-Digital and Analogue electronicsPower ElectronicsRF andamp; AntennaInterconnectsSafety ElectronicsTest SystemsSchematic designPCB DesignAdherence to BS EN StandardsExcellent verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the capability to write clear and concise engineering documentationExperience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, with an awareness of the challenges and opportunities that this may bring and a passion for innovation and collaboration.You''ll be prepared to work autonomously if needed, lead the delivery of your work assignments, and actively engage with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of your outputs.Manage discreet work packages preparing bids, controlling costs and delivering solutions.
