Define and implement scalable test strategies across UI, API, performance, and integration layersLead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of SDETs and QA engineersEmbed automation across the SDLC using modern frameworks and toolingChampion shift-left practices and advocate for testability in architecture and designCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align testing with business outcomesOwn quality metrics, risk reporting, and test governance across product teamsEssential Skills and Experience

Experience in QA in a leadership or managerial capacityProven background in automation frameworks, performance tools, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong knowledge of tools such as Playwright, K6, JMeter, Selenium, REST Assured, Azure DevOpsExperience designing test strategies for cloud-based, microservice-driven platformsConfident leading remote teams and mentoring engineers of varying seniorityWhat They Offer
