Test Engineer Permanent Full-Time Salary - Circa 45,000 DOE Location - Office based in BicesterOur client is a pioneering technology company specialising in digital safety solutions for high-risk industrial environments. They develop and manufacture advanced wireless monitoring systems that enhance operational safety and efficiency. With a strong focus on innovation, in-house RandD, and global deployment, the company supports sectors such as energy and heavy industry.Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Test Engineer to support product development activities. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong engineering aptitude, high attention to detail, and excellent written communication skills.Responsibilities, but are not limited toLiaise with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot field-reported product issuesTest software release candidatesWrite test procedures and define acceptance criteriaSupport the development of automated system testsContribute to the quality management system for processes and documentationParticipate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activitiesConduct factory acceptance tests for customer systemsOccasional travel to third-party manufacturing and test sitesExperiences requiredEducated to at least HNC level in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related disciplineProven experience in system-level testing methodologiesBasic IT system administration via command-line interfaces (Windows and Linux)Ability ..... full job details .....
