Test Engineer

Main responsibilities: Test Engineer Plan, set up and execute environmental and mechanical tests (vibration, thermal cycling, shock, etc.) Develop bespoke test setups and procure fixtures or equipment as needed Collaborate with engineers and project managers across design, NPI and qualification work Analyse data, write clear and accurate test reports, and support technical reviews Support failure investigations and implement continuous improvements Maintain laboratory procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Oversee equipment calibration and perform preventative maintenance Mentor and train junior staff or technicians in lab procedures and equipment use Key Experience/Skills Required: Test Engineer Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant engineering or technical discipline Hands-on experience in environmental testing, ideally in aerospace or a regulated industry Strong knowledge of ..... full job details .....
