Induction melting furnaces ranging from 1Kg to 35T. Hydraulic fluid control systems, ancillary panels, and associated components. Water cooling systems, ancillary panels, and associated components. PC and PLC metal melting control systems. The calibration and programming of electronic boards and modules. The use of overhead cranes and forklift trucks. The connection of water fittings and electrical supplies to equipment. The connection of coils and furnaces to the power units under test. Have a good working knowledge of PLC including on-line fault diagnosis. The use of electrical test measurement equipment, including but not limited to Multi-meters, Oscilloscopes, 3 phase power analysis equipment. Work with voltages supplies in the range of 415VAC - 1150VAC. The test and inspection of PLC and PC control systems.
