      <description>Location: Luton | Salary: 45000.00-45000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our engineering and manufacturing team, responsible for the testing, validation and reporting of electrical equipment in accordance with established quality procedures, engineering standards and safety requirements.This is a hands-on technical role at the forefront of testing and engineering innovation. You will work with high-voltage, high-power electrical equipment, supporting both current manufacturing operations and the development of future test capabilities.Working closely with Electrical, Hydraulic, Quality and Production teams, you will ensure that test plans are delivered effectively, equipment meets required standards and all testing is carried out safely, accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesTesting and Technical DeliveryPerform acceptance and performance testing on large-scale induction motors and associated electrical equipment, including systems up to 13.8 kV and 3.2 MW.Prepare and operate large-scale electrical test setups in accordance with approved test plans and engineering requirements.Monitor, measure, record and analyse test data accurately.Identify and investigate abnormal test results, supporting fault-find...</description>
