You will be responsible for developing and optimising test solutions, supporting production and resolving complex electronic test and manufacturing issues. Key Responsibilities: Develop, program and optimise Flying Probe Test (FPT) solutions. Maximise test coverage across complex PCB assemblies. Support ATE and Probe Card Analyser (PCA) systems. Investigate and resolve faults through to component level. Develop and maintain test programmes, procedures and controls. Support NPI, production and quality investigations. Identify improvements to test coverage, reliability and production performance. Support the introduction of new test equipment and technologies. Provide technical support and mentoring to production and junior engineering team members.
