Job TitleTest EngineerDay Rate 400/day - Inside IR35LocationRemote - Occasional LondonDuration6 months (with view to extend) ROLE DESCRIPTIONBrio Digital are supporting a consultancy on a major NHS digital programme and are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join an established delivery team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of complex digital solutions, bringing strong automation and integration testing expertise across a modern TypeScript and/or Java technology stack. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or SeleniumWrite and maintain test code in TypeScript and/or Java to a high standardPlan and execute integration testing across complex, distributed system componentsEmbed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality gates are in place throughout the deployment processDevelop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional, regression, and integration testingWork closely with developers and architects to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycleIdentify, document, and track defects through to resolution, escalating risk where appropriateProvide clear and concise test reporting to the wider programme team SKILLS AND EXPERIENCENHS or government experience is essential - candidates without this will not be consideredStrong experience in test automation using Playwright and/or SeleniumProficient in TypeScript and/or Java for test ..... full job details .....
