Working within the Test & Development team, you''ll prepare and operate test rigs, install instrumentation, collect and analyse test data and produce clear reports. The role will support the physical validation of new products, ensuring they meet performance, durability and customer requirements. Test Engineer responsibilities include - Preparing test samples, rigs, equipment and fixtures ready for testing. Completing engineering tests in line with defined procedures, specifications and validation plans. Monitoring tests, recording results and identifying trends, abnormalities or potential performance issues. Producing structured test reports and communicating findings to engineers and stakeholders. Supporting test-failure investigations and improvements to test methods, equipment and repeatability.
