Test Engineer Location: Tidworth Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site Salary: £25,000 £28,000 Ref: ACT-TE0925 Actio Recruitment is working on behalf of a respected client in the electronics sector to recruit a Test Engineer for a full-time, permanent position based in Wiltshire. This is a hands-on, technical role ideal for someone with a background in electronics or electrical engineering who s passionate about quality, testing, and technical problem-solving. You ll play a key role in ensuring component integrity, reliability, and compliance for high-performance and often mission-critical applications. Role Overview As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing detailed test procedures on a range of electronic components. You will carry out functional, electrical, and physical testing to identify potential defects including counterfeit detection ensuring components meet both internal and industry quality standards.
