      <description>Location: Waddesdon | Salary: &amp;pound;38000 - &amp;pound;42000/annum Full package | Type: Permanent | Working within the Test Group, you will design, develop and assemble test equipment and ground support systems for rocket engines and propulsion systems. You will support testing activities, analyse results and work closely with engineering teams to ensure safe and reliable product performance.  Key Responsibilities  Interpret technical specifications and develop test equipment requirements.  Design and assemble test systems, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE).  Develop test procedures, equipment setup instructions and maintenance plans.  Carry out testing, risk assessments and safety reviews.  Analyse test data and contribute to technical reports.  Support hot-fire testing and new product development.  Key Requirements  Practical, hands-on mechanical engineering or fitting experience.  Understanding of chemical rocket propulsion and fluid control systems.  Willingness to work in test facilities, cleanrooms and outdoor environments, with occasional extended hours or weekend work.
