Your impact The Training Academy has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Test and Requirements Specialist to support the Simulation Learning and Support Services (SLandSS) Test and Evaluation (TandE) and Requirements Leads, in the delivery of high-quality Training Devices and Support Systems. This role is central to ensuring that customer and system requirements are effectively captured, traced, verified, and validated throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and contributing to the development and execution of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), generating the evidence required to demonstrate compliance against System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) and contracted Stakeholder Requirements Documents/Specifications (cSRD/StRS).
