This is a key leadership role bridging RandD, industrialisation, production, quality, and supply chain, ensuring products are fully tested, validated, and ready for scalable, high-quality manufacture. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all test integration and industrialisation activities to enable successful product introduction into manufacturingDrive NPI readiness, ensuring alignment with production plans, supply chain requirements, and project milestonesOwn and manage test systems, validation, calibration, and software integrityLead CAPEX planning, equipment procurement, and test infrastructure developmentCoordinate cross-functional activity with RandD, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and suppliersIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risksProvide coaching, leadership, and development for technical teamsLead ..... full job details .....
