Test Analyst

Test Analyst Contract Opportunity Outside IR35 6 Months Start ASAP We are supporting a large-scale technology transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to provide hands-on testing services across a portfolio of infrastructure, software and remediation projects. This role offers the opportunity to work within a complex technical environment, supporting both application and infrastructure change initiatives. The Role Working closely with the Test Manager and wider project teams, you will be responsible for delivering structured testing activities across multiple concurrent projects. The successful candidate will combine strong software testing capabilities with a solid understanding of infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and execute test plans, test scenarios and test cases. Perform functional, integration, system and exploratory testing. Manage defects through investigation, retesting and closure. Produce test completion reports and quality assurance documentation. Test software applications and SaaS platforms within cloud-hosted environments. Support user acceptance testing activities and regression testing cycles. Work closely with business users, project teams, business analysts and technical SMEs. Provide clear reporting on quality, testing progress, risks and release readiness.
