You will champion inclusive design, ensuring that ITV''s flagship streaming platforms, apps, and broadcast websites are fully accessible to all audiences. You will work within agile pods to embed accessibility early in the software development life cycle (SDLC).  Key Responsibilities  Audit and Compliance: Conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing of web, mobile (iOS/Android), and Connected TV (CTV) apps against WCAG 2.2 AA standards.  Assistive Tech Verification: Perform hands-on testing using screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and keyboard-only navigation.  Defect Lifecycle: Log, track, and retest accessibility bugs in JIRA, providing clear, actionable remediation guidance to software engineers and UI/UX designers.
