Test Analyst

We are looking for a Test Analyst with experience in SAP HCM and Finance modules, along with hands-on experience using testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar platforms. Contract Duration: 3 to 4 months Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Test Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP HCM and Finance . Proven experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases for SAP HCM and Finance implementations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP configurations and processes. Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB certification or equivalent. Experience in automated testing tools and frameworks. Knowledge of pension regulations and compliance requirements.
