An established and growing UK-based technology and financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Manual Tester / Test Analyst to join its collaborative development team.The RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring software quality through detailed manual testing, requirements analysis, and close collaboration with developers and business stakeholders. The role involves testing across web and mobile platforms and contributing to continuous improvement within the QA process.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, prepare, and execute manual test casesPerform cross-browser and cross-platform testingConduct manual regression testingLog, manage, and track defects through to resolutionAnalyse and refine business requirements and documentationDefine and validate acceptance criteriaWork closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverySupport testing across web and mobile applicationsEssential Skills and Experience5+ years'' experience in a Manual Testing / Test Analyst roleStrong exploratory and regression testing experienceCross-browser and mobile testing knowledgeExperience working within Agile Scrum or Kanban environmentsUnderstanding of SQLExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of UX principlesConfidence to challenge requirements and suggest ..... full job details .....
