This is a varied leadership role combining technical oversight, CAPEX project delivery and people management. Working closely with R&D, Production, Quality and Supply Chain, you''ll ensure new products are successfully industrialised, manufacturing capability is in place, and your engineering team is equipped to deliver. Key Responsibilities Lead the Test & Integration function, providing technical leadership across NPI and manufacturing readiness. Manage, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
