This is a mission-led company offering a virtual care platform designed to improve access, quality, and outcomes across various areas of healthcare, ranging from primary care and mental health, to chronic disease management, diagnostics, and corporate wellness. Their tech-enabled services are trusted by NHS providers, private clinics, and employer health programmes, bringing safe, effective care to patients wherever they are.The Role: Territory Sales ManagerWe’re looking for a driven and strategic Territory Sales Manager to own a region and lead the commercial development of digital health services into both public and private sectors. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders, educating them on the value of virtual care solutions and closing deals that lead to meaningful health outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Own and grow your UK territory, managing full sales cycle from prospecting through to closeTarget a broad customer baseDeliver tailored product demos, build commercial proposals, and secure long-term contractsCollaborate with internal teams (clinical, marketing, tech) to align messaging and address client pain pointsMaintain a strong pulse on the digital health market to identify trends and growth opportunitiesIdeal Candidate Profile:2–5+ years in healthcare sales , ideally within digital health, medical devices, or B2B SaaSExperience selling into NHS and/or private healthcare providers is highly desirableKnowledge of any of the following areas is a plus: primary care, mental health, diagnostics, MSK, women’s health, men’s health, chronic care, or corporate healthProven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative, complex sales environmentAble to confidently pitch to both clinical and operational stakeholdersA natural self-starter with strong organisational skills and a passion for healthcare innovationBased in the UK with flexibility for national travelTo express interest, apply below or contact m.kent@x4lifesciences.com for an informal ..... full job details .....
