Your overarching objective will be to build long-term relationships with customers and execute commercial plans to achieve a greater In Salon Market Share (ISMS) and exceed sales targets, promotional and distribution objectives.Aston and Fincher offers its employees a competitive salary, extensive training programme and excellent career prospects.The Position

Grow business within existing salons and key accounts. Generate new business through prospecting new salons.The ability to be able to gain new business.Maximise growth, turnover and distribution of all lines within the Aston and Fincher portfolio to include the Aston and Fincher Furniture and Beauty offering.Develop and implement salon training programmes / to include retail training, marketing ideas, merchandising, staff incentives.Promote and sell Academy courses within your designated stores.Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growthWork closely with the stores Branch Managers in setting and achieving your goalsWorking Hours and Job Location
