Technical Document Writer Location: Canary Wharf, London Sector: Data Centres / Critical Environment Job Type: Full-time Working Pattern: Hybrid / Remote with occasional site attendance About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Document Writer to join a team supporting engineering and data centre operations for a global financial services organisation. The role will focus on producing clear, accurate and professional technical documentation that supports engineering and data centre teams and ensures working practices align with company policies, procedures and standards. The successful candidate will be confident working with complex technical information and translating it into clear, accessible documentation for a range of audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive technical documentation in line with organisational standards. Research, write and edit new and existing technical content. Produce processes, procedures, workflows, standards, quick reference guides and training materials. Translate complex technical information into clear and engaging content. Work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information. Create and maintain document templates and documentation databases. Review existing content and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and aligned with relevant policies and procedures.
