We are seeking a Tenders and Contracts Administrator to provide critical database and administrative support to our Tenders and Contracts and Sales functions.Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation and Contract Administration: Manage the end-to-end service contracts process. Collate, verify, and submit accurate quotation documents within strict deadlines.Database and System Management: Maintain and update contracts and pricing databases in real time. Track expiring service contracts and ensure all distributed prices have proper internal alignment and approval.Tender Support: Support the Tenders and Contracts Manager in preparing tender submissions, managing the tender calendar, and distributing documents to relevant stakeholders.Inbox and Workflow Coordination: Keep the department inbox meticulously organized, colour-coordinated, and archived according to management standards.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all pricing, product changes, and proposals strictly follow company policies, statutory quality requirements, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.What We Are Looking ForExperience: Preferred previous experience working within a Tenders and Contracts ..... full job details .....
