Tendering Engineer (HV Power and Infrastructure) Ystalyfera, Swansea (Hybrid Working Available) Permanent £50,000 - £75,000 DOE + Benefits + Career Progression A growing specialist engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Tendering Engineer to join its expanding commercial and business development team in South Wales. Operating within the high-voltage power, utilities, renewable energy and energy transition sectors, the business delivers major substation, grid connection and electrical infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of opportunities, they are looking to appoint a commercially aware Tendering Engineer who can help secure and develop future project opportunities. The Role You will be responsible for managing tendering activities from initial enquiry through to contract award, preparing accurate and commercially competitive proposals for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. Working closely with Operations, Delivery, Procurement and Commercial teams, you will analyse tender documentation, identify risks and opportunities, develop pricing strategies and coordinate technical submissions to maximise tender success.
