Tenant Liaison Officer - Social Housing Refurbishment - Rushden

I''m working with a social housing contractor delivering refurbishment works in Rushden and they''re looking for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join the team.

The role will involve acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works, keeping tenants informed, arranging access and helping to ensure the programme runs smoothly with minimal disruption.

The Role:

• Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works
• Keeping tenants informed of upcoming works, programmes and any changes
• Arranging access to properties and coordinating appointments
• Liaising with Site Managers, subcontractors and the client
• Dealing with resident queries, concerns and complaints
• Carrying out resident visits and welfare checks where required
• Supporting the project team with the smooth delivery of the refurbishment programme
• Maintaining accurate records of resident communications and issues
• Helping to resolve any problems quickly and professionally

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer / Housing Officer
• Experience within social housing, refurbishment or maintenance
• Confident dealing with residents and managing queries or complaints
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional and approachable manner
• Construction or housing experience preferred
