We have a position available with a Social Housing Contractor who focus on quality of service and customer care and have great staff retention rates.My client are a well-established Social Housing Contractor, who have an excellent reputation and strong pipeline of work. They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a temporary contract until December 2026, with the opportunity for a permanent contract all being well.This is working on a retrofit scheme on the Wirral.Duties include:Pre entry visits and company inductionsCollect tenancy agreement/approval formsVisiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried outAct as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may haveContacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with themVisiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion datesAttending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried outMonitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issuesMonitor customer satisfactionYou must also have a full driving licence along with your own transport and ideally hold a current CSCS Card.Please note this position is paid via the agency on an hourly rate through an umbrella company.
