Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a difference in people''s homes?
We''re currently working with a Housing Association based across Exeter and Bristol who are looking for a proactive and organised Tenant Liaison Advisor to join their Planned Works team and help ensure the smooth delivery of improvement projects across their housing stock.
Key Responsibilities of a Tenant Liaison Officer:
- Liaise with residents to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure minimal disruption during planned works.
- Conduct site visits to carry out tenant inductions, monitor works progress, and complete aftercare checks.
- Support the collection and reporting of accurate data to meet internal and external standards.
- Organise and facilitate tenant events and support the delivery of service improvement projects.
What we''d love to see from you:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and resolve service delivery issues effectively.
- Experience using IT systems to manage and update project data and customer information.
- Understanding of health and safety, regulatory compliance, and the housing or construction sector is desirable.
