Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: -2800030000pa
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking a Tenant Liason Officer to support site operations across social housing projects. This role is key to ensuring strong communication between tenants, clients, and site teams, while helping deliver internal/external refurbishments, paving, fencing, and sustainability works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between tenants, site teams, and clients

• Manage enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders

• Coordinate community engagement and social value initiatives

• Carry out site visits and face-to-face interactions with tenants and clients

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communications

• Promote success stories and contribute to marketing efforts

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally in social housing)

• Previous liaison experience on tenanted refurbishment projects is highly desirable

• Confident communicator with solid IT and admin skills

• Full UK Driving Licence required

• Flexible with travel and working hours
