Tenant Liaison officer

C&P recruitment are working closely with our client who are looking for a-Tenant Liaison Officer-to support a six-month window replacement programme in East Kilbride. You will act as the main point of contact between tenants, site teams and the contractor, helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to residents.

Pay rate is negotiable with reference and experience.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday:-8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday:-8:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Contact tenants to arrange access for surveys and window replacement works.
• Explain the programme, timescales and expected disruption clearly and professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with residents before, during and after the work.
• Liaise with site managers, operatives, subcontractors and housing representatives.
• Identify vulnerable tenants or additional support requirements and coordinate suitable arrangements.
• Record appointments, access issues, complaints and completed visits accurately.
• Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and resolve concerns wherever possible.
• Carry out resident satisfaction checks following completion.
• Support the site team in keeping the programme on schedule.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in-tenant liaison, social housing, customer service or a resident-facing construction role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, tactful and professional approach to complaints or difficult situations.
• Good organisation and administrative skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a busy site team.
• Competence using email, spreadsheets and standard office systems.
