Tenancy Wellbeing Coach - Intensive
We are currently recruiting a Intensive Tenancy Wellbeing Coach to join us on a permanent basis. Responsible for managing a complex caseload of tenants with diverse care and support needs, aiming to help them sustain their tenancies and enhance their wellbeing. This involves carrying out thorough assessments for both current and prospective tenants, developing personalised, outcome-focused support plans in collaboration with them, and setting clear goals while monitoring progress.About usWe are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district.
