DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Conduct tenancy audits and home visits across the Council''s housing stock. Verify occupancy and household details to ensure tenancy records remain accurate and up to date. Identify and investigate potential tenancy breaches, including unlawful subletting, abandonment, and tenancy fraud. Assess property condition and report any concerns requiring further action. Identify safeguarding concerns, vulnerabilities, or support needs and make appropriate referrals. Provide tenants with advice and information regarding their tenancy and available support services. Liaise with Housing Management, Revenues, Repairs, and other Council departments to resolve issues identified during visits. Maintain accurate records and update housing management systems following visits. Prepare reports and provide evidence where tenancy enforcement action may be required.
