This is an excellent opportunity to work with tenants as a Tenancy Sustainment Officer who need a little extra support and encouragement to sustain their tenancies. The successful applicant will work with the tenant to complete a person-centred support package. They will liaise with external agencies to co-ordinate support, providing a single point of contact and monitoring progress. We are looking for someone who is able to remain calm in challenging situations; has a positive outlook; be assertive yet empathetic and able to remain impartial when dealing with a range of sensitive issues within a home or family environment. You will need excellent networking skills and the ability work independently.
