This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Assess individuals against the scheme''s eligibility criteria and support them through the housing process. Provide housing management and tenancy sustainment support to residents with complex needs. Complete regular home visits and inspections to ensure properties are safe, clean and well maintained. Carry out safety checks and identify and report any repairs, hazards or property concerns. Support residents to understand their tenancy responsibilities and maintain their accommodation. Assist with budgeting, rent payments, arrears and financial inclusion. Monitor rent accounts and follow appropriate arrears and tenancy management procedures. Help residents develop practical skills for independent living, including managing their home and daily responsibilities.
