This role is working 12:30pm to 8:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 weekend in every 6. The Role: The role focuses on supporting ex-offenders and vulnerable adults to establish and maintain successful tenancies. You will manage a mixed caseload, helping individuals overcome barriers to housing, reduce the risk of homelessness and develop the skills needed to live independently. The service supports individuals from a range of backgrounds, including prison leavers and people with complex offending histories. Experience supporting individuals convicted of sexual offences may also be relevant. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of individuals requiring tenancy-related support. Help residents sustain their tenancies and prevent homelessness. Support individuals with housing applications, benefits and accessing relevant services.
