The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Congleton. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.Purpose of the role To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently. To uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with ''at risk'' individuals ensuring concerns are reported to relevant managers, colleagues or statutory agencies.
